Gravity Roller Conveyors for Efficient, Low-Cost Product Transportation
Our gravity roller conveyors are a cost-effective solution for transporting goods within production lines and warehouse environments. Designed for durability and smooth operation, these medium-duty gravity conveyors are built with fabricated powder-coated mild steel frames and feature high-quality, 50mm diameter zinc-plated mild steel rollers.
Each conveyor section offers a load capacity of 100kg per metre, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

What is Roller Pitch?This is the distance between the centre of each roller, for example, the 150mm pitch will mean the rollers are spaced further apart, whilst for the 75mm pitch they are closer together.
This is why the price increases as the pitch decreases, a smaller pitch means more rollers will fit into the frame. More rollers may be necessary to allow the conveyor to hold more weight, or move smaller items.
We recommend that a minimum of 3 rollers be touching the product for the best functionality.
