Forced-Air Cooling Using a Driven Roller Conveyor

 

This is a finished bespoke system made for a previous customer using a driven roller conveyor housed within a fully enclosed cooling tunnel. Products move smoothly through the conveyor while large industrial fans generate high-volume airflow across each item. Panels can be slid aside to access the inside of the cooling tunnel and rollers.

This airflow removes heat evenly and supports effective surface drying. The controlled travel speed ensures consistent cooling without manual handling or unnecessary line extensions.
